Soft Washing Solutions We Use
BIODEGRADABLE CLEANING
All soft washing solutions we use are eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable. These water based exterior cleaning and roof cleaning solutions break down into carbon and water within 20 days of introduction into the soil.
Property & plant protection are very important to us. During the actual cleaning process, we take every step to protect your plants, landscaping and property. All plants are watered before, during and after the soft wash process.
If there are delicate plants/flowers, we go the extra step and cover them with lightweight breathable Tyvek as we're sanitizing the bacteria on the home. After cleaning, a plant solution is applied with fertilizers and nutrients to complete the process!
The Solutions We Use
There are two primary components used in our exterior cleaning process:
- SoftWash Systems Soaps: Acts as a catalyst to create a better, longer lasting clean, at a lower concentration level.
- Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% (Bleach): An EPA Registered Product that is used to control fungus and mildew on roofs, wood and siding!
The SoftWash Systems soaps we use are meant to be used in conjunction with Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) and water to make a soft washing solution to clean both inorganic and organic staining. This results in a longer lasting clean, that sanitizes 99.8% of the biological infestation and contaminants on your property
SOFTWASH SYSTEMS SOAPS
SoftWash Systems Soaps are biodegradable and they break down into carbon and water within twenty (20) days of their introduction into the environment.
Their soaps have been used on roofs and structures throughout the world and have been approved for use by major theme parks, property management companies, government buildings, institutions, colleges, and universities. To date, there is no safer, better respected, and more widely used soft washing products line available.
Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5%
The soaps we use are meant to be used in conjunction with sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and water to make a soft washing solution to clean both inorganic and organic staining.
Sodium Hypochlorite is an EPA Registered Product that is used to control fungus and mildew on roofs, wood and siding! It is the most cost-effective cleaning and disinfectant product on the market, while doing so safely and without damaging the environment, as it breaks down into salt and water.

IS IT SAFE FOR PETS?
We are animal lovers through and through! Our pets are considered part of the family (not to mention, incredibly spoiled). So we completely understand any concern someone may have regarding the solutions we use to clean and their furry friends.
We communicate with the homeowner to make sure the pets are inside during cleaning, and ensure that all surfaces cleaned, are heavily rinsed down afterwards (including nearby landscaping).
FUN FACT: The largest theme park company in Florida needed a company to clean a resort that was centered around a preserve of African animals. The theme parks veterinary services department was called upon to test and approve SoftWash Systems soft washing techniques and chemicals for use around these animals and their habitats. With careful consideration and examination of the products, their veterinary services department approved the use of SoftWash Systems soft washing technique and chemicals!
