- Property Protection
- Includes bagging and taping all outlets, security cameras, speakers, meters, boxes, or fixtures around the home, to help ensure moisture stays out during cleaning.
- Plant Protection
- Even though we use 100% biodegradable solutions and wet plants during the entire process, we still take the extra step in ultimate plant protection by covering nearby landscaping/delicate plants with breathable Tyvek when needed.
During & After Cleaning
- Treat All Surfaces with Soft Washing Process
- When choosing us for siding soft washing, this means everything will be sanitized! Soffits, fascia, windows, walls, gutters and shutters for complete cleaning.
- Rinse Down All Treated Surfaces & Nearby Landscaping
- Pure Water Window Rinsing (if added to estimate)
- SoftWash Systems Plant Wash to Neutralize Overspray Cleaning Solutions
- Adds vital nutrients to the plant to help feed and fortify
- Clean-Up Work Environment
- Final Post-Treatment Inspection and Post Cleaning Photos Taken. We will inform you after the job is complete, if we noticed any maintenance or repair issues prior to cleaning.

Before Cleaning

- Day of Cleaning do a 2nd Inspection of Home and Take Pre-Cleaning & Damage Photos Before Roof Cleaning
- Set Up: We Hook Up to Your Water Spigot and Electrical Outlet
- Property Protection
- Check if any items around the property need to be covered or protected prior to roof cleaning.
- Ladders w/Stabilizer Set-Up
- Plant Protection
- Even though we use 100% biodegradable solutions and wet plants during the entire process, we still take the extra step in ultimate plant protection by covering nearby landscaping/delicate plants with breathable Tyvek and capture excess solution runoff from downspouts during cleaning to disperse in permeable soil to biodegrade properly.
During & After Cleaning
- Remove Large Debris if Needed/Possible with Extension Broom
- If there are large moss blooms we will try and lightly detach these blooms with an extension brush.
- Treat Roof with Soft Washing Process
- Depending on the type of roof; asphalt, wood, metal, TPO/EIFS membrane – there are different treatment application methods for each. These will be explained in your initial estimate email.
- Since this is a treatment application method, any dead bacteria will start to detach and wash away with weather.
