What If There's an Issue After You Leave?
We always do a walk around after cleaning, and ask for you to join us, if you have the time. We explain the cleaning treatment that was performed in full, both in person if possible, and in email afterwards.
However, sometimes there can be a roof stain that may need a 2nd application, or some dirty water that drips down from behind the vinyl siding and dries after we've left.
We understand this can be a concern for you, and that's why our communication process is so important. We are always happy to come back out promptly to do a touch-up, so that at the end of the day, you are beyond satisfied. Not only with the cleaning, but the customer service we provide!

Even with the proper equipment, biodegradable solutions, training and experience, issues may still arise when cleaning a house. Our protocol is to immediately explain the issue to the home owner and our remedy that we will do to take care of that issue.
